7.3 Deflationary Model

BG Chain implements a refined deflationary model to preserve the long-term value of the token:

  1. Minting Curve BG tokens follow a gradually decreasing minting curve, with the minting rate reducing over time. This design ensures high incentives for early adopters while preventing long-term inflation.

  2. Burning Mechanism A portion of the BG tokens collected as transaction fees will be permanently burned, removing them from circulation. This reduces the total supply, increasing scarcity and maintaining the token's value.

  3. Aligned Incentives By precisely aligning incentives for developers, players, and investors, the deflationary model motivates all participants to contribute to the growth and prosperity of the blockchain ecosystem.
